Alignment of Shipping & Refund Times

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1 working day if ordered before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
• Delivery takes up to 5 working days after the order has been dispatched.

In cases of delivery problems, refund requests can be processed after the delivery time has lapsed.

Conditions for Refund

You can ask for a refund in the following circumstances:

• If the product is damaged
• If the wrong product has been delivered
• If the product has a manufacturing defect
• If the product is very different from the description

Conditions for Return

• The product must be un-used
• The original packaging must be retained
• Photos may be required for verification purposes
• Ceramic plant pots must be returned with complete protective packaging

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund Procedure

For COD transactions:

• Refunds will be made through bank transfer after return approval
• Customers must supply correct bank information
• Refund will take 5-7 working days after inspection

All COD transactions are checked prior to shipping to avoid abuse of the COD service.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In case your hanger or ceramic plant pot is damaged during shipping:

• Notify us within 48 hours
• Send us photos of the damaged product and packaging

In case of lost packages, kindly notify us within 14 days of placing your order. We will check with our courier partner.

All products are insured until the point of successful delivery.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used
• The product was damaged after delivery
• Return request is made after 14 days
• Misleading delivery information was provided by the customer

Refund Confirmation

After the returned product has been inspected:

• You will receive a confirmation notification via email
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days
