1. Order Processing Time

• All orders undergo a handling and verification process prior to dispatch.

• Standard order processing time takes 2 business days.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding official UK bank and public holidays.

• Orders placed over weekends or statutory holidays will enter processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Delivery: Estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to courier operational disruptions, severe weather events, or high seasonal transit volumes. bestntc is not liable for minor delays outside our direct operational control.

3. Tracking Information

• Once your shipment leaves our facility, an automated notification containing tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

• Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier status to update in the system.

4. Address Verification & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. bestntc cannot be held liable for delivery failures, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect address inputs provided during the purchase process.
