Shipping policy
Bestntc.shop, we provide safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of our best hangers and beautiful ceramic plant pots in the United Kingdom.
UK Standard Delivery
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day and delivered within 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the next working day and delivered within 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.
The dispatch times may vary during promotional events, seasonal sales, or peak periods.
UK Same Day Delivery (Selected Areas)
Selected delivery addresses within eligible UK areas may be eligible for same-day delivery on orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
Same-day delivery eligibility will be displayed at checkout.
UK Collect Service (If Available)
Customers can collect their eligible orders for free from chosen fulfillment points if available.
Same-day collection may be possible for orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT/BST).
You will get an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
The order will be available for collection for a maximum of 10 days. After that, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed.
When collecting your order, you may need to show:
• Order confirmation (soft or hard copy)
• Valid photo ID
• If collecting on behalf of the buyer, signed authorization may be needed
Additional Delivery Information
• Allow 1-2 extra working days during peak periods.
• For remote areas, allow 3-5 extra working days.
We are delighted to offer Free Shipping to the United Kingdom on eligible orders.
Tracking & Delivery
After dispatch:
• You will get an email confirmation.
• Tracking information will be sent by our delivery service.
• Delivery will take place between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
• GPS verification may be taken at the point of delivery for security reasons.
Delivery Restrictions
We cannot deliver to:
• Parcel motels or parcel lockers
• PO Box addresses
• Armed Forces Postal Addresses
• Hotels or temporary accommodation addresses
Please make sure that someone is available to accept delivery of fragile ceramic plant pots to avoid breakage.
Payments & Taxes
Taxes will be calculated at the point of checkout based on your delivery address and shown clearly on your invoice.
If international delivery options become available, you may be liable for import duties and taxes charged by the destination country.
Customers outside the UK will be considered the “Importer of Record” and will be required to comply with local laws.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) options for eligible orders.
All COD orders will be verified to ensure they are genuine orders.
Please provide the following:
• Correct contact information
• Valid phone number
• Full delivery address
Our staff may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.
Full cash payment will be required at the time of delivery by the delivery staff.
Orders with incomplete or unverified information will be delayed or cancelled.
Insurance & Lost Items
All Bestntc.shop products will remain our responsibility until they are delivered or collected.
All products are insured against theft and damage during delivery at no extra cost to the customer.
The customer assumes responsibility for the products once they have been delivered or collected.
If you think your order has been lost, please contact us within 14 days of making your order.
If your items have been damaged during delivery:
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Preserve all original packaging
• Send us photographic evidence
If there is a discrepancy in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If you have chosen a safe place delivery option through your courier account, you will assume responsibility for the items once delivery is complete.
Packaging & Gifts
All Bestntc.shop orders are carefully packaged to protect:
• Wooden, metal, and baby hangers from bending or scratching
• Ceramic plant pots from damage or breakage
Protective cushioning materials are used for fragile items.
If your purchase is a gift, you can include a gift message during checkout. Price information will not be included in the package.
Refunds for gift purchases can only be made to the original buyer. Gift exchanges are not available
