• Secure packaging for ceramic items
• Accurate product descriptions and images

Minor color, texture, or finish variations may occur due to lighting or manufacturing variations.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to availability.
• We have the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of fraud, pricing errors, or stock problems.
• Orders received before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day.

Acceptance of an order does not occur until dispatch confirmation is received.
4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and may include taxes where necessary.

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) for qualified orders

For COD payments:

• Orders may be checked for verification prior to dispatch
• Correct contact and delivery details are required
• Payment in full is required upon delivery with the courier

Unpaid COD orders may lead to the rejection of future orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard UK delivery takes up to 5 working days after dispatch
• Delivery times may be longer during peak periods
• Bestntc.shop shall not be liable for delays due to courier services or unforeseen events

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon completion of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers are entitled to return orders within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged
• The customer received a different product
• The product has been found to have a genuine defect

Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

For COD payments, approved refunds will be made through bank transfer within 5-7 working days after inspection.

The text, images, logos, and intellectual property of Bestntc.shop are protected by copyright and cannot be copied without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability

Bestntc.shop is not responsible for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss caused by misuse of products
• Delivery delays beyond our control

Our liability will never exceed the cost of the product.
